Steering Wheel Setups

I'm looking for a wheel setup for my car for function and a lil bit of looks. I race at actual road course tracks and I want:
**benefit of weight reduction
**smaller wheel for more leg clearance, not too small though. say 330mm to 350mm. Stock EG Civic is suppose to be 370mm. 25.4mm in an INCH peeps.
**wheel setup to actually come towards my body a little bit more for a better driving position for myself.
**Need a quick release mechanism as well b/c I will have a roll cage installed in my car this year along with fixed bucket racing seats.

so far I've found a couple H-T dealers

So far one dealer has told me to go with:
Momo or Sparco Hub adapter
NRG quick release v1 or v2 mechanism (not a slim NRG v3)
Wheel of choice - prolly one without a dish but they didn't say

So I was in my garage this weekend and was looking at these lame fake cf Rota centercaps that I still had from my old set of 17in Subzeros...I never used them, (not once)...they were in a baggie hanging up on the wall.

Upon further inspection...I noticed the logo part was removable. I got to thinking and noticed my steering wheel horn button was almost identical in size. So last night I took apart the Momo button and fashioned the Rota logo cap together. I tried for a while to retain the horn but no luck. The Rota cap is not dished/concave like the Momo cap so the spring mechanisim that triggers the horn was not working the way it should. I'm pleased with how it looks for now. But I don't know how long I'll keep it. I plan on getting another horn button someday anyway.

old setup: sparco wheel + 2" sparco spacer + NRG slim hub. very sturdy. i got really used to the steering wheel being flat on the bottom.
