I have changed the oil every 3000 miles with mobil 1 full synth(I have all receipts to prove it) It has never had the boost turned up, never been modified in any way except for the Mopar blow off that is no longer installed but will come with the car. It has always been under warranty, and no one has had their hands on it other than me, stew Hensons Dodge(DM) or Benson dodge here in Ames. 44,5xx miles (all highway as I commuted from Ames to M-town 45 miles one way) for 8 monthes. It has brand new tires (kumho 711 size 215/50 R17 on stock wheels) I would like to get $13000 out of it as that is the current stealership trade in. I would really like to see the car go to a good owner. If you're interested I can send pics. email me at adowdell@iastate.edu or 515-975-2250 email is by far the most efficient way to get a hold of me!
I'm sad to see her go, but I'm getting into motorcycles more and the wife is making me choose 2 wheel or 4. and as president of the ISU motorcycle club I need to set a good example for my members

Do it already would ya? Well, I suppose so long as the weather holds out anyway... I can't wait for spring already, I'll ride the bikes in the rain all day long compared to this 2 ft of snow crap... Any way still for sale, I've got a couple hits, mostly saying if it's still for sale in 6 monthes.... yada yada yada :)

I dig the newer 636's. I rode one last fall, they're awesome if you don't mind shifting all the time... Once they come into the power, hold on cuz you'll be shifting real soon... I like the R1 for road cruisin, but I think I'm going to go the super moto route, as there is a new series for them here in Iowa. And it's dang cheap <$30 for the whole day and you get 2 20 min races, and if your good enough the main. Then they have open track days on the opposite week where you can have whole track for $30 where you run until your beat, then pit for a while, then ride til you're beat again, sun up to sun down... That's a lot of bang for your buck, all on a $3000 machine.

Here's some pics of it. These were taken at the end of last summer, it's been sitting in above said garage ever since August of last year. I start her up to drive it to drill and back a couple times (I'm in the army guard).

Yeah, I know, just thought you guys would know some people that would be interested in this type of car. I've been really impressed with 2 pt's car and thought there just maybe some like minded people.

Nah, not necassarily impressed, although I did get schooled by a grey turbo civic hatch here in Ames on wet pavement shortly after I bought it... The SRT started wheel hopping real bad, and I had to back out a little and by the time I could get back into it he was 2-3 lengths out in front and kept pulling. He was smoking pretty good, couldn't tell if it was fuel, oil, or coolant, but it was obviously running pretty descent at the time... It's a good daddy cruiser if you want to leave it stock. It has all the child seat restraints in back, and a huge trunk for as small as it is. Usually get around 27 hwy and 22 city out of it... The wife has an Aztec though so I don't really need a daddy car(plus won't be trying kids for another year or so hopefully). It needs to go to someone who can use it.
