Brakes help!

I put this here to hopfully get more peoples input.

To start it off I just put all new brake pads and rotors on my 1996 integra. They all seem to work fine but on my front passenger side I keep having problems. I replaced the caliper cause the old one was stuck and now the brake keeps heating up and after driving about 10 blocks it's got smoke coming out and the top of the rotor is sorta burned. Now I talked to somone an they said somthing about the rubber brake hose could be swollen which could restrict the fluid flow?

Just seeing if anybody has also ever had this problem and what I could look into doing to fix it. Thank you..

Id say tue brake line collapsed. Is it possible that when you changed the rotors... did you let the caliper hang without any support like majority of people here lol. That can definately cause the brake line to mess up.
