Ok I know I'm a ways from this point but I like to be ahead of things to get it all right.so I would like so good tips on how to break in a 7mgte after a complete rebuild.going with arp bolts and Titan 1.4mm head gasket. I'm sure some of you out there have good experience with breaking these motors in so lets here the opinions cause I've searched and you get so many different methods so I wanna hear a few methods from guys with good experience and again thanks guys for all the great tips and help so far.

http://www.supramania.com/forums/ <--- This would be the correct place to ask the questions in which you seek answers. Don't expect to be spoon fed either.

Oh and try not to start a million threads on there in a weeks time. They will ban you in a heartbeat for doing that like you have on here.

Well its in a Toyota forum thought that would be the correct spot to put it that's why its not in a Honda section.and as for the jdm forum police officer sorry to ask car questions on a car forum I thought that's what we did here. Didn't know I was offending you by asking questions but sorry lol o and thanks maybe I will try that forum as well

general rule of thumb break-in a rebuilt motor is drive it HARD.

but most important thing is start it up first time, check for leaks etc. make sure its fully warmed up, this is very important, make sure its FULLY warmed up. change oil.

then start it back up, make sure afr is not too lean or rich. take pulls 3/4 way til red line, adjust afr if its nessary. first few hundred miles drive it hard and let the engine slow down car to seat the rings.

drive it hard doesnt mean bounce off rev limiter like a idiot.

i know its not toyota but its pretty much same concept.

I know how to do all the work and I know how to do break ins but a lot of cars and different motors can vary so ask for other local guys for opinions and everything goes good. They help you you help them not everyone know everything bout every car. And local guys are gonna be more trust worthy than the whole world Google lol
