Default Painting chrome wheels that have already been painted?

Getting a set of wheels that were chrome, then were painted. Paint job on them isn't good so I'm going to be repainting them. What kind of primer/paint/clear do you guys recommend to go on after I sand the shit out of them? And no I don't want to use plastidip, I don't want it to be able to come off as I'd like the ability to pressure wash them.

Why hello there St. Nick....lol. Not going to tell you which is better then what where why.....instead I will give you this site and I would suggest getting the catalog. MANY MANY MANY products available that can help you or anyone else looking to do anything and everything with painting while maintaining a little fatter wallet....

Ready.....

Set......

Here ya go.....

Even if you already know the site......the catalog is easier to follow and show ya what prep liquids and solvents you can use....from anything dealing with paint/powder coating strippers (and no not the ones that take your money for a lap dance..lol) down to prep materials to make it easier on the new paint you've always wanted to use.

Shit, they sell airbrush equipment, tools...etc. Well worth your time to look through it.
