Default f22a1 transiossion problem

heres the deal about 20 minutes ago i was driving in 3rd gear and my transmission just dropped and is slanted (shifter) and i have no reverse now and i went out as soon as it happened and my tranny fluid (engine oil) all came out of my tansmission housing . i drove it back to my friends and it seems like it drove alright but doesnt feel correct . do i need a new transmisson or just the housin that broke? what i saw was from the front of the motor you see you headers than to the left (front view)the starter and you go straight back and its the housing pieace right by the thromostat housing it broken . and is it okay to drive it without the transmisson fluid in it?? LMK thanks

I won't drive it with out any tranny fluid. It will mess it up more if nothing is wrong with it.
