Ques Forks rattle??

I have a 00 Civic, a few months ago, did short shifter with energy suspension bushing.
It's been a while now and lately the forks is hitting my exhaust. It's rather annoying..

Anyways, just wondering if anyone had the same situations and with any solutions?

Was thinking grinding the fork down for clearance but sounds kind of iffy.. Not sure.

Now, by forks are you referring to the shifter linkage? Or the fork inside tranny? Ya gots me confused....lol If you are talking about the linkage then the weights at the end of them can be cut or ground down but don't go too extreme on it. You'll also need to add some REALLY good rust preventaion spray to it so you don't end up breaking it in the future due to rust.

If that isn't what you are talking about....please explain or show us via pic. Ohhh and I haven't forgotten about decals....been extremely busy and haven't been able to stop...lol sorry!!

Yes. Sorry, should have been more specific with my situation. Towards the end of my shifter linkage, there's the additional weight bar. After a while the bushing tends to sag a little making the weight bar hit the exhaust.

I'm not sure what could be a good proportion amount I can grind/cut off

I've also found bending the exhaust hanger should help as well?? This sounds very uncomfortable to do

Been trying to get a hold of you guys but seems that no one answer?
Really would like to get one when you have a chance or when possible. I pm'd you as well.
If you can let me know or I can stop by whenever.

I can send you a picture of what and where to cut it....I've done about a million of these shifters and are super easy.

As for gettin z hold of me I know it has been hard to because business has more than tripled and I haven't gotten a full chance to get a gold of everyone. I'll pm you some info on what all is needed and other stuff in my agenda. Sorry I haven't been super responsive....I normally get back to people right away.
