Cedar falls raceway and ran 15's. First run ever was a 15.5 on crappy street tires.

reaction time doesnt effect your 1/4 mile unless your bracket racing in a class.. .. its like that circle light up game at the arcade you have to hit the button when you a couple lights away to hit the bonus.. lol

I go when the 3rd yellow light comes on, and have always gotten .05-.09's reaction times.

Sounds like they may have been running on a pro tree. Much more fun.

If you can get that thing down to a high 1.9 to a low 2.0, especially on street tires, that would be considered good. On slicks you should probably be able to pull somewhere close to a 1.8

1.5-1.6? Yeah, on a 700hp+ FWD setup dead hooking on a high 9 sec car. For the street cars on street tires, 2.0x is about the best you are going to see.

I thought pro tree was all yellow at once then green?????

And I agree, putting down anything less than a 1.8 on a street legal tire is unheard of.

Almost. From the time the 3 yellows light together until the green goes is .400 of a second. Unless it is a .500 pro tree (very rare).
