Do they really add more power,or are they a joke? I mean i understand the princable behind it,,,But some companies claim around 20hp and about that in trq as well! Now i dont buy in to the hype jus wanted to kno if any body has one and if they could tell a differance.Imean if its 20hp my car weights about 2200 wit me in it so i would notice that amount of horsies

Negative. My friend has one on his '01 V6 Accord and it doesn't do jack. Except for making a really annoying whining sound, "turbo spooling".

yea they really dont do anything, i had the hamburger spacer and all it did was give 2 maybe 3 horse power, and there expensive, and it made that dam sound too lol, if you get a skunk 2 throtle body with the hamburger spacer, you will get maybe 10 horse,

tb spacers werent really designed to give more horse. they were supposed to be designed to help the airflow in the IM and help the air/fuel mixture so u get a more efficient combustion.

Throttle body spacers are designed to help mix the air and fuel better, but using one on a honda doesn't help cause the fuel isn't added until right before it enters the head. The only effect it might have is if you get a phenolic or a spacer that isn't metal, then it will help prevent heatsoak on the TB and lower intake temps a little
