Default Evap canister (caarbon caanister) flooding

Like a year ago i ran into this problem that if i fill my tank up all the way full it will than flood my evap canister and pour gas out of it (which should never have fluid in it just fumes) so i started to only fill it up half way.....about a month or so i realized that my gas tank had amassive dent in it so i changed that out this weekend and filled it all the way up...and lone behold the problem came back....after doing alittle research i found that the gas cap could be the problem if it is not a vented one so i changed that out along yet again another evap can.....and still is pouring gas out of it...so my question is what do i do...i have now changed the gas tank the evap can three times the gas cap...im at a loss with what could be causing this issue. the only other thing i can think of is the fuel lines but i dont know if they are capable of casuing this issue

have you tried replacing your purge valve?

I'm not even going to say the rest of the stuff I want to say... I'm just, I'm at a loss with how you think a dent in your tank could have resolved it, or changing the canister multiple times...I'm just going to hold myself back...
