Default Dc5 gc coil sleeves popping noise

Ok so I just installed ground controls on my 2002 Rsx type s. Theyre sitting on brand new oem struts for the time being. Anyway, I keep hearing this sound, mainly when I turn sharp about 90 degrees or so. Its like a pop followed by a "boing" so I know it's the spring making the noise but there's no way it can un-seat on a smooth flat road. It's very annoying and I was wondering if any other Rsx or tl owners have had this happen?

**I did read the pressure from the spring spinning while turning causes it to smack the top hat in return making the noise I hear. Any one heard of that?
