heres my number call or text me if u need anything or got any questions.

my names david 515-669-8025

edit: their is many things you can do with it. not knowing your history with hondas or f/h series motors heres my 2 cents.

it all depends on your budget.

1. H22 swap
you could go with the typical h22 swap, h series and f series motors and transmissions are all interchangable. though if you swapped an h22 you would not get the full potential of the engine with an f22 tranny or h23 tranny. but if moneys tight and u find a good deal ona motor then its an option.

2. F22 Turbo
The stock f22 is a decently strong motor when mated with good head studs and a quality head gasket. alot of guys then run a DSM turbo setup on it with low boost 6-8psi this would put you up around a stock h22 swap and potentially a cheaper solution, not guaranteeing the logetivity of the motor though (good a good tuner)

3. BE DIFFERENT H23 Vtec swap

4. H23 turbo
swap an h23 in and boost it. f series exhaust manifold and h23 manifolds are the same pattern. H22 is NOT.

simple bolt on mods you can do to your stock f22.

intake pipe/ filter

h23 intake manifold (bolts right up) plus i have one if you want to buy it

depending on what motor you have... say you have the f22a1 i believe the f22a6 exhaust manifold is free'r flowing.

i thought about building up my f22. my buddies brother did a f22 vtec head swap on his then turbo'd it and its pretty quick.

where is a good place to do rust work for a pretty good price my rear wheel wells need attention.

i need to get a front passenger fender too.

just stock i like this car. i would take it over my old da or my ef any day of the week now.

no offence but the vtec heads sucks. the flow is horrible, they suffocate the motor more than it helps. the ports suck the exhaust ports makes hot spots. tuning with those heads are just a headache. so that head swap is useless even if you build it.

five things to make power or to unlock power.
1st: cut the f22 head and go with a h22
2nd: find a dsm turbo and mani
3rd: delete the balancer
4th: delete the egr
and
5th: find a obd1 pr4, p75, or p28 and chip it.

i have 2 turbos from my alfa and saab. plus my intercooler set up from when i was building my ef. how much does a h22 run? plus id have to get a h series tranny for better power? thats what i heard.

"G22" isn't worth it either, they are difficult to tune, unless you have a really really good tuner to tune your car.

No need to put a h22 head on to boost... just mildly build the f22 head, arp studs and new hg. Throw 14psi at it. Take it to central imports for a tune.

Im planning a long f22 build as we speak. And then the h22 will be going in a db7.

as long as you use quality parts and not shitty ones for bearings and rings. gaskets etc. then you should be fine.

K series has been done before, its just h series is a direct drop in , that's why most people go that route.
