i would have to go with k series on this one. this is way better engine than the h series. the k20 head is the best flowing head honda has ever made. even stock k20 head will out flow any ported b or h series head.

it also has i-vtec. you can control cam timing from 0 to 50 degrees with kpro. with stock k20 you can throw set cams and good tune. you can get 220 to 230 all day. seen guys with k20/24 making 350 to 400 na. now, thats pretty impressive.

K20 for revs and that true Honda pride.

But if you plan on cams and built motor, the water gets muddy but the K24 frank for power is my thoughts

The K20 trannies are nice and the gearing helps them defile an equal HP B or H series that's not runnig a Dc type R transmission.

On a dynojet I put down 206whp and 156trq with a K20a2 with intake, header, Kpro, and a really shitty 2.5" exhaust. It was fast and a lot of fun. If I were to do it all over again, I'd go K24a2 06'-07' TSX Block with higher compression pistons, lightweight rods, K20z3 head, Blueprint Racing Stage II cams, ported intake manifold of sorts mated to TL-SH TB, new JDM type R Transmission & flywheel but with a Wavetrac LSD, baffeled oil pan, ATI harmonic crank Damper

But I have a 06 S2000 now. Im still interested in a K24 swap into it lol! Id love an 8,000 rpm K24 throwin down 300whp, 235trq. It just makes sense!!

unless you need that 8500-9500 rev range, torq freak k24 hands down! 1/4 mile or track. but 235lb early torq on a 2000lb chassic can be cray
