It kind of sounds like an integra that the timing belt snapped. Open the valve cover and try cranking the motor. Watch if the camshafts are spinning. If not... Id say its most likely your timing belt

Yeah the timing belt slipped and its going to the shop Monday. good thing its a non-interference motor.
