Copper spray on head gaskets is used quite often. Helps aid in sealing and prolonging the life of the gasket. Anyway you could tell me what you were running for AFR's? What is the issue you are now having with the car? Just looking to try and help you with your issue that seems to keep popping up. It may be an issue that is getting overlooked in the situation.

Go ahead and head over to H-T and do a search in the drag racing forum. I would say it is probably somewhere around 30% of big power engine builds that are using a copper spray on their gasket. I personally did not use it on mine, but then again, I am running an OEM B16 HG, with some very experienced ARP head studs and pushing 20lbs through the setup without any issues. Original block surface and just a clean up on the surface of the head.

Headgaskets don't blow without cause, again, anyway you could tell me what you were running for AFR's?
