Default 06 wrx

hello world o subi's lol. ive been on the hunt for a subi for some time now and i found a 06 wrx with 70k at a dealer. was wondering if this year is any good it has the 2.5 which i hear is the better motor. Not so sure on the trans tho... ik its all about how u drive the car tho that matters with the trans. anyway some imput would be nice

You should check out Nasioc.com. They are one of the biggest Subaru forum with very helpful information. Also check us out on Iowasubaruclub on Facebook and join. Plenty of members on there as well with monthly meets and gathering.

I drive a 2002 Wrx lightly Modded but I have driven the 2.5L Wrx. the extra .5L does great. The tranny, people break them by doing stupid things. Im still on stock tranny going on 161K miles.

No replacement for displacement...But the 2.0L are still a great motor. I have an 05 WRX with the 2.0 turbo and I drive 100 miles a day for work. Great car and fair gas... I get about 25-26 mpg... and i get into the throttle almost everyday
