I beleive that if there are members out there that beleive they can do a better job moderating the forums than our current mod's, they should speak up and get a shot at modding themselves.

This in no way means i want to volunteer as a mod.

If it were me i'd let there be clutter in all the threads cuz i don't care. Seriously I'd be the lazyiest "low key" mod out there. I mean if we think back on old threads, sooner or later someone speaks up and puts the thread back on track or lets the poster(s) know where they fucked up. But as i stated earlier, if a person thinks they are better than a current mod, give them a try. After all its just a forum site, we aren't replacing someone to run a country or anything close to that.

just a little something to think about.

Well, I manage 9 people at work and as their leader, I am not the nice guy always, but there needs to be law and order just like in the nation as a whole - we all dog on the police, but without them, it would be utter chaos.

So, all I can say is suck it up and crack that whip.

It would not be a car forum anymore! It would be a free porn website.

I agree im still new but have never had a problem with them. Its simple just follow the rules and i dont see what the issue is. No offense to anyone but i dont see why people are getting so upset? yes your post got deleted but oh well its not the end of the world, your still alive. Its nice to log on and no see useless post everywhere. Take for example h-t good site yes but in the tech forum there are so many useless post. Asking the same question 5 damn times can get old and make it hard to find the info you really want. So i think people should lighten up about it after all ITS THE INTERWEB nothing really matter on here.

To all,

I am sorry if my moderators seem to over-do their jobs as moderators, but this is what is expected of them. I have written a set of rules of moderation that they are to follow and they did it well.

If you have a certain problem with the way they do things, please don't hesitate to let me or other mods know by PM. I have seen some cases members have done this and it really helps us to keep track of what's going on with the way we are handling things. I am not on here as much as I wish to, but by giving us feedback, such as this thread, is a good idea.

All I ask for members is to follow the rules and guidelines posted at: http://jdmcity.com/showthread.php?t=992. They are not perfect, but they are set of rules everyone should follow in this forum.

And last but not least, respect everyone the same way you want to be respected. It will minimize the chaos in the end.

Thank you,
Han

Can we stay on topic at all? In any thread? It's like none of of took are riddalin when we get on here. I'll admit I get off topic every now and again but people are bitching about mods here. Not spelling, grammar or any other kind of stupid shit you can think of.

I like the moderators. I dont have a problem with any of them. exept deleting some posts on the jacker thread but hey im not gonna lose sleep over it.

Sig Material!!

Also Han, when I did PM Garrett about how I felt he was moderating he threatened me with a PM? I personally don't think I gave him a reason to go on the defensive, and he hasn't given me a straight forward answer when I confront him about it.
