get a REPAIR manual, or look the specs up google usually you do cyl 1 at tdc then 180 counter clock crank and do cyl 3 then 180 counter clock crank and do cyl4 then 180 counter clock crank and do cyl 2 last, I'd def recommend someone doing it for you if you dont feel capable,

we can do that for you, if like ososlo says your comfortable doing it yourself. Takes about an hour ($70) and you might need a new valve cover gasket.

Pretty easy to do if you know how to do it.. http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sourc...d0agkcRUKjpsDw Thats how you do it if you want to do it.. To clear it up so you understand when the cam gear mark says UP is at the top you adjust the cylinder 1 all 4 valves then the intake valves on #2, and the exhaust valves on #3. Then turn the engine 360*as in crank pully bolt CCW then adjust all of cylinder 4 and the intake valves on 3 and the exhaust vaves on 2.. They will be loose and not tensioned up when you go to adjust so if it doesnt move up or down dont adjust that one.. This should help for specs its all on the net and the manuals.. Or have a pro do it.. There is a trick to getting the right clearance..

Easier said than done. I've watched it performed and I would recommend not trying it if you don't have the proper tools and someone to guide ya. $70 sounds like a fair price.
