I have a very low mileage 1984 Prelude - Short Story: Heads were warped so I had them sanded, radiator cleaned & flushed, radiator pressure checked, new water pump, new thermostats. Car still gets warm on idle after it has been running for 15+ minutes. Fan does come on when idling. No leaks, full fluid. I have never had a Honda clear the 1/2 mark on temp, but this prelude will go to 3/4 even 5/6 of gauge when idling AFTER it has been running for a while. What am I missing? Any suggestions welcome...

Yes it only happens when stopped. As soon as the car starts moving, it cools down again. Thank you for your advice. I will try it!
