i would suggest looking up the part number yourself. then calling honda an say you need this part and give them the part number. an but first make sure its not the same part you already have. its gonna be hard to find that size an strength.

^^ Bobby do you have an h22 pully laying around?

Also a heads up, a stock H22 pully will not fit, you will have to modify it by cutting it, otherwise it will hit the frame rail before you can even put it on.

I might have the original pully for that motor at home. I'll check to see after work today.

Also you might find this link helpful. It shows all the differences between the JDM H22a that you have from the USDM H22a4 that's in america.

They say its not a good idea to cut the pulley because it makes it off balanced. I would suggest a f20b crank pulley. Hmo sells them. But I do have stock h22 crank pulley. An aftermarket pulley that's smaller that I milled down to fit. It looks great. But its not balanced even when it was brand new cause it was just a aluminum piece.

Idk how much it effects the Preformance or the life of the motor. When considering people take out the balancing shafts.

You can also get an ATI harmonic balancer.

Also the street model comes with two pulleys but you can take one of them off. But you would have to do a work to get the bolts to work right. Its simple tho. But for 478 dollars it better do something.

Perfect balance, that's what it does. Super precise timing marks a full 360 degrees around the balancer. Adds wheel hp due to less energy needing to turn it. What else do you need to justify the price?

plus it eliminates vibration on the crank and that's a good thing. in fact on my eclipse it is highly recommended to run a fluiddamper pulley when you get above 350 or 400 hp.

My pulley for my H2B had the outer ring shaved off and was rebalanced. What H2B kit do you have?

I've read a few post on honda-tech about this just now. But I don't think I'll make it over 280hp but I'm thinking since its stroke an bored. This would probably help a little on my bearings life. Am I wrong for thinking that?

They also talked about how it also helps with saving the life of your oil pump. Could someone explain?

Its the harmonic vibrations that supposedly kill the oil pump, but I've never personally experienced that. I'm currently running an aluminum pulley also and have before in the past too.

Fluidamprs suck for an H22, they are big and stick way out. I used to run one on my Prelude (the chassis the H22 was intended for) and it ended up hitting the frame rail it stuck out so far.

I've never ran an ATI but they sound like the better route if thats what you are looking for. Go with the steel hub version, it will be much easier to get on and off and wont get as marred up by the pulley bolt.

Personally I would either do a modded stock H22 pulley (start with a new one) or pick up a Euro-R pulley.

As for crank bolts theres 16mm threads and there are 14mm threads, so you must need the 14mm version. Its not totally clear which cranks used which, so you will just have to search around. Look up OBD1 H22a1, H23a1 and F22a1 cranks and find the bolt that has a different part number than what you have and that should be it.

Also make sure that your crank key is there and not damaged or sheared off. Alot of times thats why they fall off in the first place or they also get damaged in the process.

It should be M14 X 33mm but I can't remember if that's right or not. The JDM one is smaller and it's the earlier year JDM h22 so I can tell you for sure it's the smaller one.

Also if memory serves me right, I've heard of people using the pulley off the 2nd gen prelude's b20 motor and having it work on the earlier h22. Might give that a try if it's something that you're needing fixed asap.

Yea it is 14x33 and to be a little bit more specific on the thread pitch and bolt size that's m14 x 1.5 with a length of 33mm

How would the timing have gotten off? Did you mess with the timing belt or the distributer? It's on a bad tune and needs re tuned like I told you. It'll take a while to start up sometimes. You don't have bent valves, I have no idea why people are saying that. If they are talking about the "sewing machine" sound that's because of the lift the cams have that are in it.

Go get it tuned and it'll run like a beauty.

Well...I guess there is a chance you might have the timing off for the belt. The one cam gear was degreed so I can see how you might have accidentally been off a tooth without realizing it.
