does anyone know how long toyota engine last for? speciffically the inline 6 in the mk3 turbo supra

That's a question that can be left to interpretation. It really depends on how it was taken care of and how big of an idiot the last owner was.

it is said to be the usual. but they all will blow the stock hg no matter what.

Yes use new head bolts arp are the best and if you plan on Building the car and running more power you will be better off on getting a metal head gasket.
