I love white cars but I kinda want the green more. I have given most parts on my motor a brushed aluminum look and will finish doing it to the remainder during the swap. I feel the green will go better with this.

BTW this thread is gonna be dormant until spring break bc of school!

white......please every car is either white blue or red. mix it up.

i like the green, but the midnight purple is bad ass to. my buddy is painting his widebody 240 project that color. im going with a dark maroon. like this:

So yesterday a buddy and I pulled the sr in a few hours but didnt take any pics, but here is where I started today

Broke down intake side for paint


Painting process



Painting block and whatnot



Tore down exhauts side and stopped for the night

Didnt really take pics today during all of the work, got the ka pulled and sr dropped with a HUGE help from Denny! Random pics ensue

I coated the battery tray in undercoating, this is a before pic I didnt take an after because its still drying

Ran the battery wires, and installed battery tray.



Wheeled it outside to do some wiring, all done except for 1 fucking clip that I have to deal with, also installed intercooler and and some pipe


Had to re-set timing CAS

Lunch/ dinner time

So I painted my car and the color looked great on the paint chip, in the can and when we sprayed it. It looked silver with a hint of dark blue but when I started driving it it looks baby blue and I hate it. I am going to block it down to 400 then repaint it this week.
