Default Trouble at around 3500 rpm

To start I have a 96 EX with a B18b swap. When I give the engine more than 1/4 throttle it won't rev past about 3500 rpm. I have tried; changing throttle bodies, distributor, injectors, fuel filter, ecus, plugs, wires. I am at a lose I can't figure this out. Anyone have any ideas please.

You are definitely in limp mode and you'll wanna fix that. As for your codes 10 is intake air temp, its a little 2 wire plug on your intake manifold, could be unplugged, broken, or wiring came undone. I would check wiring first mainly because when that swap is done in your car a lot of times the wires need to be extended. Between certain years they flipped flopped the wiring colours (red and green) so it's really common that when people extend them that they flipped them the wrong way. However the main reason you're in limp mode has nothing to do with the IAT code. Its for code 41 which is primary oxigen heater (02 sensor) either your wiring for that is messed up or the sensor went bad. Always check wiring first before assuming its a sensor, should be an easy and quick fix to do. Best of luck to ya. And if you can't figure it out you can always bring it to Random House Racing.
