Default WTB H23 2.3L Engine

So, not only is my engine needing a swap out, but i paid $1200 to have a guy tell me he fixed my Prelude and all it needed was an ECU...

I fell for a sad play in the book...
So my 92 Prelude Si, H23 2.3L DOHC needs swapped.
Anyone selling or can find one to help me out?

Also, is there a chance to put in a V-TEC? Or should i stick to the stock engine?
