Wrench 92 GSR B16A Swap.... ECU/IDLE ISSUES

I just bought a 92 gsr that has a B16A in it. It had a really bad hesitation at low RPMS all the way until the VTEC kicked in, then it was pulling smooth. When i bought it i replaced the plugs, wires, distributor cap, button, cat conv has been hollowed out. The problem was still there. Found someone who had a B16A ECU so i swapped that and it fixed the hesitation and the car pulls like a champ now BUT the problem now is that my car idles at 1600-2000 RPM and will not go down. I checked the adjustment screw and it all the way in already. This did not happen until I switched the ECU. All i know about the ECU is that its for a B16A swap and the redline now is at 9000RPM....... Any recomendations would be appreciated.!? Thanks in advance!

could be a vacuum leak for the idle issue or intake manifold leak. As for the rpm, is the ecu socketed and chipped? pretty easy to find out. take the lid off the ecu and take a look inside.

As far as a vacume leak, it was idling perfectly fine until the ecu swap. The ecu is chipped but as far as any other work done to it how would i know?

What baseman is on the chip? It might have a base for a totally different motor.

The Ecu in the car now is for a b16a engine. The previous Ecu was the original gsr Ecu.
How do you calibrate the tps? I tried multiple times to reset the Ecu and let it idle to relearn and that only made it worse, now it jerks when you give or let go of the gas. I checked for vacumme leaks with Carb cleaner and found nothing!

Okay, I just went outside and was messing around with it. I removed my Intake tubing to expose the throttle body. There is a dime size hole inside the throttle on the side which is suck air, when i plug up the hole with my finger the idle actually drops down to 700 and idles perfect. Any idea on how or what i need to do to fix this?

ya, you could have your vacumm lines hooked up incorrectly, double check how your pvc is hooked up, better yet post a picture of your engine bay, that would help more, I know you think its ecu but it could not be realted to that what so ever .
