Buy a Miata, your suspension can wait. ---Also F2's suck on the DC5 chassis, way too soft and it feels like your riding on clouds. I've seen plenty of people go from F2's to Progess.

if you got your mind made up about drifting, go with at 240. Good platform, relatively cheap, plenty of aftermarket support wether you do ka or sr.
if you really want to stick with the rsx, then go with the ff's. but imho, dont get the 05 wheels unlesis you can get a good deal on em. i think those wheels are waaay overpriced. but theres always someone selling them for a decent price.
some people might hate on me for this, but i say get some rotas, bc for the price of a decent pair of 05 wheels you can get a set of rotas.

nothin wrong with rotas imo, i mean if you got the money for baller wheels go for it,
he sounded like he was tryin to stay in the price range of the 05 wheels. so i suggested it

another option would be some koseis, tenzos, or enkeis.

I like that, well said. Personally if I was in the OP's position i'd scoop up another car--miatas are cool for the price range!

if your on a budget then stick with one car and go with plan 3.

if your cash flow is good then get a miata or the 240.

simple as that..

Progress works like Koni Yellows and Ground Controls, you use your OEM tophats. And yes they are "very" adjustable.

Nope Ingalls kits all around. Just make sure to bring it into alignment asap after install and you shouldnt have any problems.

icic thanks for the insight on those. just went to illgarage up here in chicago and picked up a broadview, rear pimpn pink tow hook lol and a password power chamber. i think the guy i talked to was just starting out cuz he said the chamber would go right in without a battery relocation but nope. o well i got a good deal on it. next paycheck proly pick up the password relocator and then go coilovers. im thinkn i might do kpro before rims now but im unsure we will see when the time comes. ill keep yall posted like a sticky note.... hung i prity much did this cuz you said the whole cash flow thing and im in collage right now so proly smarter to mod the rex then buy a new car. thanks to all ya. driften dreams can wait another year

Merrill Axle downtown on Walnut should be able to take care of you.

My hatch is also pretty low and they aligned with no problems.

I've also been to Flatt Tire Center down on Maury and se 14th a couple times.

Wow, your car must be slammed. I've never heard of merrill axle denying someone. I know you have to make an apointment 3 or 4 days ahead of time to get any work done there. I called them yesterday to get an alignment done to my hatch, and the soonest they could get me in is next monday.

awesome looking subaru on rota's. my $.02 on them, great wheels for a great price.

and i would go with a 240 if you are serious about wanting to get into drifting for the reasons mentioned above.
