Love the attention to small details, I think most people wouldn't give a hoot if the bolts looked like crap

It is always the smallest of details that ALWAYS catch the eye of judges and people in general as well. It shows that you are willing to go the extra mile no matter the cost.

That is the reason why I will back Chen up in this build ALL THE WAY to the end....I want to make sure I see him and his car up top. Only a handful of people that i know that are so dedicated and determined.....first on my list would have to be Mr. Webb!!

Unfortunately because of how heavy it is it that won't be the right fit for a car that will be daily driven. The idea behind the build is to NOT let it be a trailer queen for car shows or meets.....he wants it to be a functional vehicle with form being what brings it together.

Maybe in the future he will do a j swap on the other R.....lol.

Thanks buddy, you're exactly right. A lot of people here are not willing to spend that kind of money on their car.

Sam is trolling me Rodnie.

Well guys, I know it has been a while since I last updated this thread. So I figure it's time to show you guys what I have been up to in the past 2 weeks.

Finally got the mount back last from powder coating after 2 weeks.

I also picked up a set of OEM hid headlights. Sunny and Frann was nice enough to buffed them for me.

IMG_7415 by zheng_xiaolong, on Flickr

Sunny also decided to shaved and polished the manifold for me. I think it turned out pretty good.

That is so clean. And just think...it's not even gonna be seen behind the fender. That's attention to detail right there.
