Default ls vtec tuning questions

just got done putting together a b18b1/b16a1 ls vtec and was wondering what the best shift and rev limiter would be for drag? what about shift point?

Thats what the dyno tuning is for. It shows where you make power and where the peak is. From there you figure how well the engine was put together and if it can handle the rpm.

if you are doing it just so that you can drive it till you get to a dyno rev limit no more that 8k but shift point dont know till you get it dynoed
