Default Here starts the stares/questions...

So I started this forum a few years back with a '96 GsR which I sold when my son was born and I no longer wanted him to ride on such a stiff suspension setup. After the Integra I bought an '04 Nissan Maxima (6sp manual; 256hp 265tq), nice and big for the family and what-not...

Well now that my son is 4 years old and I have a new "ex-wife" I decided I wanted something a little sportier with ZERO MILES, had to be under $25k, 6 speed manual, 4 doors, 200hp +, and FWD for my travels to work. With that as my criteria I landed a Ford Focus ST (never thought I'd ever step foot in a Ford). So far the car has been alot of fun and the car puts out 252hp and 270lbs tq at the crank with it's 2.0L turbocharged engine. I'm sure respect will be tough to earn in a Ford but I plan on trying to gain a little. See ya guys around...

Nice! My buddy has one with minimum stuff done to it like solid mount. They are fun cars! Love the recaros that come with it! Any plans for it in the future?

Plan to enjoy it how it is for a little while. I leased the car since I haven't ever owned a Ford before. I rather see how this car holds up for a couple years and if I like it I'll buy it. Then the mods would begin. Probably just start with a Cobb tune and save for a larger intercooler down the road.
