Here's my boosted shoebox civic


Simple turbo setup:
  • stock b18c1
  • skunk2 IM
  • FBM mini-ram manifold
  • FBM 3" downpipe/dump tube
  • 75mm ECUTOUT (60mm RSR Exmag exhaust) lol
  • Speed Trap Consulting - GT3540S
  • Tial 38mm wg
  • Tial 50mm bov
  • CXracing backdoor FMIC 29 x 8 x 2.75
  • FIC 1100cc
  • Walbro 400lph
  • Crome
  • E85
  • JordanTuned.com
260whp @ 7psi
325whp @ 10psi
395whp @ 16psi

The first turbo was Ebay 60trim.
The oil seals went out like a few weeks after the first tune. He drove it as long as he could before oil was blasting out the tail pipe at WOT. haha

He decided to get block guard, rods, pistons, new turbo, better injectors & quality turbo.
The only thing I wish he didn't get was the goautoworks log manifold.
Most part he consulted with me but not the manifold.

As you can see on the dyno chart his powerband already chokes out the power at 7500rpms.
We turned up the boost by 2psi and midrange power increased properly but topend power was only another 5whp. Not worth cranking up the boost beyond this point.

This winter i'll be parting out the turbo kit and having MAP make me a custom kit with better FMIC & fancy fab work.
